• Perfect pace, even if he don't have any quick step/rapid you can't outpace your opponent when you have the advantage (not a pace abuser through).

• The best playstyles (for me) in term of passing, mini hot take : pinged pass is good but not as important as tiki taka (helpful for 1 touch pass AND regular X/A simple pass even when you did touch the ball first) and incisive pass (Gold one is even better) allow you the play forward when you see a player making a run behind the defense, and even without pinged pass you can do it with success more than a 1 touch pass/through ball when you don't have Tiki Taka/Incisive Pass.

• Whipped cross and flair (a little bit underrated also) are also good assets : for crossing so you're adding more danger to his set of passing and flair make you break the "dull phase" of your passes, I explain, when you construct your attacking phase (mainly not counter attack) your opponent if he's good will try to understand your "pattern/schem" of your passing and intercept them, flair allow you to find much easily a player when you do a "fancy pass" (and shots but IMO not that useful/relevant), it could seem like a joke of a playstyle, but trust me, because it's a little bit off timing pass animation, that kind of pass you cannot anticipate, sometimes with my Ferran Torres (my striker) who doesn't have any passing playstyles (except whipped cross) I prefer to make a fancy pass than a normal pass.

• Shooting is really good, with hunter he has really good attributes in this area, trivela/power shot/chip shot and the most important IMO finesse, with 5 stars WF. basically you have a perfect player to finish, depending of your position and the position of the GK, you have access to all playstyles to finish, a joy to have such confort for shooting.

• Dribbling + Lean body type makes the player "silky", you can stop then dribble, change direction with ease, he is smoother than my Golazo Kaka who is more aggressive dribbling based, Rosicky is perfect to past between two defenders with his agility/dribbling/body type. 4 stars skills is enough. Technical + make him prime Messi (search effort dribbling on Youtube/TikTok).

• Stamina is good but not game changing, 89 is good but without relentless if you reach extra times a subsitute could be needed (mostly because for me he plays on the side when you need stamina/pace).

• You have a superb player for less than 100K ! with full chemistry in any circumstances, even adding bonus for the most played league.

DRIBBLING - The best there is this year. Of course you expect it to be good because he has 99 dribbling, but with his body type it's always a surprise how it will turn out. He literally glides past people and also build with the 5* skills he is a deadly weapon in your team. He pulls every skill move with ease and shields the ball with his strength. With Trickster+ you humiliate every opponent and it just fits Balotelli perfectly as he is this type of player in real life.

PACE - He feels way faster than 85. This is due his dribbling, he's silky smooth while running. With high/low workrates he accelerates so well and with the hunter chem style it's perfect. Also the quickstep trait is really useful here and you can feel him accelerate fast.

SHOOTING - It's good! Not perfect but good! I'm not a really great finisher in the past FIFA's but there's one thing that I master, if I say so myself, and that part of shooting is longshots! Just like previous years he just has that unique way of shooting especially with longshots. His longshots are like that freekick from Roberto Carlos against France. The ball curves away from the goal and then bends back to hit it just inside the post, unstoppable. But 1v1's are not his best changes to score a goal. Try to avoid shooting with finesse or trivela as (for me) these often just went through the middle of the goal. Just press circle and get used to how much power you need to use for a certain distance and if you manage that you will score lots of goals. Also his chip shots are really good! I found the best way to chip is when the goalkeeper is running towards Balo and just tap circle really quick for a small chip over the goalkeeper, these worked perfect for me. Heading is great! Corners are a weapon with him in your team.

PHYSICAL - You expect him to be strong and of course he is! 92 Strength is great and every defender has a hard time against him. I've seen him literally throw the likes of Virgil van Dijk, Lucio and Maldini on the ground. His aggression feels like 95 at least, he clashes in every duel. His stamina is okay, You can play 90 mins if you let him stay forward and not defend with him at all. Jumping is good, I have to admit it didn't feel like 85 for me more like 70 but because of his height and strength he will win most of the time.
